2 For 1 Airtime Benefit

  • Each time you top up with R1.00 of purchased airtime, we will give you R1.00 worth of free airtime.
  • The free airtime will only be provided on and can only be used with your uConnect SIM card.
  • You can use your free airtime to make a call, surf the net, access Apps, social media or to send SMS’s and MMS’s.
  • The free airtime cannot be exchanged or converted into data bundles. Please note your free airtime lasts 30 days.
  • Airtime will be depleted first from your free airtime before your purchased airtime. This excludes data bundles loaded on your mobile device from purchased airtime.
  • You can use your FREE airtime to make calls to any network at any time of the day or night.

2 for 1 Data Benefit

  • Every time you purchase Data through the uConnect App, you will receive the same amount of free data from us. For example, if you purchase and load 25MB of data onto the SIM card, we will double your data by giving you another 25MB free. Please note your free data lasts for a period of 30 days.
  • You Only get Double Data when you purchase data through the uConnect App. The App is free and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the App Store for Android and iOS phones respectively. Terms and conditions will apply.

General Cellular Terms

  • We cannot guarantee network coverage in the area in which you use your mobile device.
  • To report your uConnect SIM card lost or stolen, dial 087 357 7777 from any telephone and we will assist you.
  • You must inform us immediately after loss or theft of your uConnect SIM Card to deactivate the MSISDN number relating to the uConnect SIM card.
  • If you lose the SIM card, uConnect will replace it for You. We reserve the right to request payment therefor.
  • If you do not use the SIM card for a consecutive period of 60 days any time from activation of the SIM card, you agree that we can deactivate your SIM card and redeploy the number to another user.
  • It is a legal requirement that You fulfil the RICA requirements before the uConnect SIM card can be activated and used. YOU CANNOT RECEIVE FREE AIRTIME WHEN YOU ARE NOT RICA’d.
  • Starting, renewing and ending this agreement. We may amend or terminate this Agreement at any time by any means We select as valid publication of the amendments or termination which will be effective 30 days after publication. You also authorise uConnect to notify You of any amendments or termination via SMS.
